1. I hereby request that you review the Property described above.

2. I warrant that I am the sole owner of said Property, or that I have full legal rights to said Property and any works it may be derivative of (documentation attached).

3. I have registered said Property with either the Writer's Guild or the Library of Congress.

4. I understand that, due to the nature of the business, you may have access to, or have independently created, material which may be similar to mine in terms of theme, premise, plot, or other respects. I agree that, in such case, I will not be entitled to any compensation or consideration beyond the scope of this contract.

5. I have retained at least one copy of said Property, and hereby release INDEWORKS from and all liabilities for loss of, or damage to, any copies submitted hereunder.

6. In the case that INDEWORKS finds said Property to have merit and value, INDEWORKS agrees not to forward said Property to any third party without written releases from all parties concerned.

7. I agree that this release constitutes the whole of our present contract regarding said material, and that I am not entitled to return of said material nor to receive any commentary or critique on said material unless prior arrangements (i.e., return postage or payment of coverage fee) have been made.
