Indeworks maintains a Development Production Fund, and relationships with production companies and investors, to help fund independent film projects that do not fit the often narrow parameters of established production companies and studios. The Project Development Fund supports the acquisition and development of creative properties and provides core financing for in-house productions.
Indeworks acquires original screenplays and other creative work for development into finished scripts ready for sale or production. Submitted work is evaluated by an acquisition team and either rejected or accepted for development. If a work is accepted, it is assigned to one or more writers who work on it with the original author to make it ready for sale or production.
Indeworks will either attempt to sell finished scripts to an outside production company or studio, or put together a production team assembled from its pool of creative talent partners. Indeworks' Project Development Fund will arrange financing for in-house productions through limited partnerships with a variety of investors.

Through its contacts in the film production industry, Indeworks is able to match these talented individuals with appropriate creative projects. Indeworks has the ability to compile complete production teams for its own in-house productions or outside productions in need of talent and support.

By working with the commercial establishment as well as producing independent projects, by bridging the gap between the two often-opposing worlds, Indeworks is able to create an economically viable enterprise while at the same time encourage and support innovation and creativity in cinema.
Indeworks acquires ready-for-market creative content, both new and archived, and distributes it through an innovative mix of media and outlets. Alternative video shops, the Internet, film festivals, and special screenings are its primary outlets. Indeworks distributes its own in-house productions as well.
